IMPORTANT NOTICE: POLICY COMPLIANCE REMINDER

This notice serves as a follow-up to prior communications issued regarding the unauthorised sale of APL products on third-party online platforms. 

Despite previous reminders, APLGO has identified continued listings of APL products on external marketplaces, including Takealot and Makro. This practice remains strictly prohibited under the Company Policies & Procedures (Clause 4.3.6). 

APLGO is actively investigating these matters. Associates found to be in breach of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, including account suspension, in accordance with company regulations.
